One skill for every job in Pakistan

So far, with my limited experience in professional world, i have observed that the best and the worst management practices in Lahore and different cities of Punjab and Kashmir.

In private and public sector organizations, i can define management by characteristics like: Egoistic, self-centered, exploitation and the most permanent of all is flattery.

Yes, the most important criteria to achieve good results professionally in almost every institute/firm in Pakistan is flattery. If you have this one skill, you can get promotion and incentives without relying on any other skill. If you lack this skill, no matter how hard working you are, you simply cant get trust of your higher management. One skill that decides a person’s worth in almost every institute in Pakistan.

No matter, most of the system here is damaged.
