Your Intentions matter the most?

Intentions (in Urdu called Neeyat) matters more than anything else!

But is it actually true in 21st century. Ever since I have entered professional part of life, I observed that there is a huge gap between what people intend to do and what they actually do.

I have been advised countless times by people senior in both position and experience, to do less and pretend more. At start I didn’t listen to them, now I have started to wonder if that is the way to survive in market.

But a bigger question is that, if a person can only survive and progress by being molded into the way of the world

or

A person can prosper and still be himself?

I guess, the answer to that is different for each one of us.
